No FaultS Returns Scheme
What Is It?
Simply put, it is a way to return your "sitting on the shelf" Lola Rosa jewellery in exchange for a voucher you can spend again in my shop.
Why?
Sustainability and smart sopping.
Lola Rosa is about jewellery that shouldn't, and doesn't, cost the earth.
And because us women find that sometimes, available colours, no longer suit.
WHAT OF THEM?
It is re-processed and (in essence sterilised) re-purposed, incorporated in other projects that can live on as something else.

You contact me via the "Get In Touch" Form or via e-mail

Make sure you mention in the subject this is regarding "No Fault Return" or simply "Recycling my jewellery"/ "Upcycling my jewellery"

Add your Order Number to the form or e-mail if you still have it

Add some pics of the jewellery

I will get back to you for a chat and a quote

You make a decision whether to take the offer

If you want to take the offer, you send the jewellery to me (I would like some proof of postage)

I will provide you with a voucher code for the value we agreed

You use the voucher against new purchase

Et voila, you now have a new piece of jewellery without hoarding jewellery you no longer want or need
The amount will be appraised on a piece by piece basis.
